A 14-week hybrid experience designed for young women to build their own personal website, gain clarity about who they are, and activate real opportunities for their future.

Live workshops and most mentorship spaces are conducted in English. Participants should feel comfortable engaging in English.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR
Empower is designed for young women ages 14–21 who:
• Are ready to commit for 14 weeks
• Want to build something real — not just attend sessions
• Are open to feedback
• Are willing to reflect and take action
• May not have everything figured out yet, but want to explore with intention
You do not need to have a perfect plan.
You do need commitment and consistency.
PROGRAM PATHWAYS
HYBRID COHORT
Immersive experience
For participants ready for live integration, structured accountability, and direct mentorship.
Includes:
• All live workshops
• Structured website checkpoints
• Direct mentor activation
• Cohort experience
• Final presentation event
Limited spots available.
INDEPENDENT PATH
Self-directed route
For participants who prefer completing the curriculum flexibly within the program timeline.
Includes:
• Full access to modules and assignments
• Structured roadmap to build your website
• Clear deadlines
• Optional access to live workshops (not required)
• Required final deliverable
Does not include direct mentor assignment.
Program placement is determined during the admissions process to ensure alignment with readiness, availability, and cohort structure.
